Have You Been Flashed?

It’s the question Stephanie Burke is asking. Stephanie is a multi published multi award-winning wife and mother of two whose unparalleled imagination causes her no end of trouble. From sex shifting shape-shifting dragons to under sea worlds, up to sexually confused elemental fey and homo erotic mysteries, all the way to pastel challenged urban sprites, Stephanie has done it all, and hopes to do more.

Stephanie is co-founder of the charitable organization Write 4 Hope, Co Creator of the Japanese Culture and Anime Convention Mikomicon, Home-school Mom, English Tutor, an Orator on her favorite subject of writing and world building, a sometimes teacher when you feed her enough coffee and donuts, an anime nut, a costumer, and a frequent guest of various sci-fi and writing cons where she can be found leading panel discussions or researching more and varied legends and theories to improve her writing skills.

Stephanie is known for her love of the outrageous, strong female characters, believable worlds, male characters filled with depth, and interracial that make the reader sit up and take notice.

  5. Dear flash, I love your books. I have had much pleasure reading them so thanks very much for writing them. I would really like to know if there will be a third Testrios Series book.

  6. Hello Flash. I have been on Loose ID for a few years, but just read your pride talon series. It has been a long time and you have been working on a few other projects since. However, the series was not tied up in the last chapter (2006). Do you have any plans to revisit the characters? Is your muse even interested in whether Zactch walks again or if the Naturalist is defeated? I realize that most of your readers may not even be interested in the series, or you may have perhaps already explained why no continuation, but would like you to know that we (I) are here and would love to know how the story ends. Thank you for your work.

  7. Hello Stephanie! I read your hard print Ellorascave “Seascape” years ago in Jamaica. A serial paranormal romance reader I was just browsing for new authors and boy was I glad I found you!! Your book was (and still is) the funniest and most intellectual erotica I had read in years! I wouldn’t even call your book “erotica” it fits to be under just paranormal romance. Intrigued, I’ve recently repurchased your book and I am happy to find that you are still writing. I was sick of reading the standard “Caucasian” female lead or “Caucasian male lead. I have nothing against white (being white myself) I just wished there were more diversity in the pool of ethnic physical features given to the main characters. Your male and female leads are so unique that they are a completely new take on the genre. I still crack up at the clever reference to the male mermen’s lower sexual organ not being displayed immeadiately. Honestly it made sense! Normally I find it hard to pass the illusion of disbelief but your stories are so endearingly fresh that I’m excited to find out more about the characters and their world. My only advice is to make your stories alittle longer. There are so many interesting points about your characers that the reader is left hungry for more at the end. I truly believe you have the potential to be great and your humor is what’s missing from Paranormal Scifi Romance novels today. Please consider amazon Kindle as option for self publshing, they give you a wide audience that is constantly searching for good stories in the Kindie Store. You could even publish a tantilizing half story for $0 and charge for the second half. That way people looking for free titles would be caught hook line and sinker, dying to finish the secone half and be willing to pay the price. It’s a common tactic used, and although mildly annoying should the author present a satifying ending will benefit you financially..

  8. Hi, I was wondering where the two of your books are. where are the The Coven and unas books? I really want to know if you are going to finish the story of this group? I look forward to hearing from you ?…

  9. My spouse and I absolutely love your blog and find the majority of your post’s to be just what I’m looking for. Does one offer guest writers to write content for you personally? I wouldn’t mind creating a post or elaborating on many of the subjects you write related to here. Again, awesome website!
